The Kappa Chapter of Sigma Phi Omega was established at the University of Texas at Dallas on December 8, 2013. We are the first and only Asian-Interest sorority on campus. Our primary goal is to promote sisterhood through teamwork, unity, and close-knit bonds. In addition, we hold high standards for academics, requiring all members to maintain a certain GPA.
Sigma Phi Omega is a part of the only Tri-Family in Texas, along with our brother fraternity Omega Phi Gamma and our cousin fraternity Delta Epsilon Psi.
As a way to become more involved on campus, we hold mixers with a variety of other organizations, both Greek and non-Greek. Our sisters are also active in the surrounding community, volunteering at hospitals, 5K/10K runs, and many other events.
